Vendor FAQs

What happens after the 6-month free period?+

Nothing changes about the model — there's still no monthly subscription. You continue paying only $50 per qualified lead and commission on closed deals.

What counts as a 'qualified' lead?+

A real customer with verified contact details, a project in your service area, and a quote range matching your offering. Duplicates, fake numbers, and out-of-area leads are refunded automatically.

When is the commission charged?+

Commission is invoiced within 7 days of you marking a deal as closed in your dashboard. We trust the honour system but spot-audit closures against installation records.

Can I pause or cap my lead spend?+

Yes. Set a monthly lead cap or pause incoming leads anytime from your vendor dashboard.

What about disputes?+

Lead disputes are reviewed within 48 hours. If we agree the lead was unqualified, the $50 is refunded to your wallet.
